I loved Brian's impromptu visits to the Amici rehearsals. He'd slip in, hoping not to be noticed, after rehearsal had started. I'd catch his eye, and he'd smile with those amazing twinkly eyes, and put his finger to his lips, inviting me to keep his secret! When the choir finally noticed, there'd be such joy to have him with us - it's so sad that this won't happen again. He's missed so much.
